Toddler Lunch idea "salad wrap"

Kailanys favorite salad wrap she calls it "Mermaid Salad" 

the ingredients are simple your choice of leafy greens (cabbage, romaine lettuce, spinach etc)

Cherry tomatoes (any tomato works)

Avocado

Black beans

Corn 

Cucumber 

Feta cheese 

No need for dressing! Once mixed it becomes creamy and rich!

(Optional- I add jalapeños in mine to give it a nice kick ;)

The Kupp review

A drinking glass for kids!

These Kupps are AMAZING! It's been two months that Kailany has been using them, thanks to TheKupp Kailany no longer feels like she needs a sippy cup at our dinning table. She use to be afraid of cups because she would have accidents & spill her drink all over her self.

Up cycling her favorite Happymail boxes

Kailany found so much happiness from her NeatCheeks boxes! She had so much fun stacking them! Coloring them! Hours of fun! I would tell her ok it's time to go put them in the recycling bin she kept saying "no mommy! This is fun!"

No need for fancy electronics or toys to keep her entertained. It's all about learning fun!

Target SCORE!!!

A week ago Kailany and I went for a Target run (well not really a run, we always last more than an hour there haha)

That day I felt like I was Tina from @freestufffinder 🙆🏻 lol 

Kailany spotted the Disney palace pets section @ target she kept saying "mommy palace pets!" I finally gave in and after seeing the prices I got her both, she was so happy and so was I just seeing her cute little face all lit up :)

Mommy & Me (lunch edition) Salad for two please featuring ezpz - happy bowl

Never ever would I have thought that at such a young age Kailany would have interest in salads! One day as a family we want to Olive Garden for dinner I ordered a salad and she did not touch her dinner at all! She was so into my salad that she didn't care touching her food! Everyone around us was so amazed of how well she was eating it, some asked "at what age did she start eating salads?" I said as of now! And we chuckled :)

My sister gave me a recipe (she doesn't have a name to it) but it's a no dressing salad. Even though there's no dressing it is so creamy and delicious!!!

She is all smiles eating her salad from her Happy Bowl from ezpz =)

☕️✏️I've been away from my social media, neglected my passion (feeling unmotivated) & have been focusing on FAMILY. This passed weekend I said "see you soon" to a very special person who I considered part of my own family & loved dearly. It opened wounds taking me back to my fathers death. Carlos thought me that no matter the circumstances, you gotta keep fighting till the very end. 1st time I see my planner blank! Feeling disconnect is an ugly feeling. Through their memories and teachings, I will regain my focus & stay motivated to keep my passion more stronger than ever. #determined

NeatCheeks Review

I've always struggled with cleaning Kailany's face after her meals or whenever her face gets dirty. She runs or pulls away from me! I finally figured it out as to way she dislikes it, and it's the taste. I took a trip to the store and bought some unscented face wipes (thinking there would be no taste) gave it another try & she was fine till she put her tongue out had a taste, made a face & pulled away saying "NO!" I gave it a try & sure enough it had a bitter taste!

I did some research and came across NeatCheeks. After Reviewing their website I was convinced these were the wipes that would solve our messy problem. We finally gave them a try and here is our review...

Unscented is a huge plus for me as a mommy. Strong unpleasant scents activates my allergies and migraines.

NeatCheeks wipes are the perfect generous size, soft and have just the right amount of moisture that wipes those cute messy faces.

I love the ingredients these wipes contain. 

Stevia- Stevia extract is a naturally occurring plant extract used for flavoring and moisturizing.

Aloe- moisturizer 

Glycerin- is an excellent humectant (retains and preserves moisture) and moisturizer.

Oogaa | breakfast by the sea

This morning I had a ton of fun creating Kailany's breakfast! Oatmeal with bananas, blueberries & raspberries.

I carved out the bananas in shapes of Dolphins, the blueberries represented the water and the raspberries were a ball the Dolphins were playing with.

When Kailany saw it all in her Ooga placemat she was all smiles & kept saying "wow piityy" (wow pretty) 

Kailany's must haves: Road Trip Edition

Every road trip (of an hour or more) that we go on we have to pack Kailany's lunch bag with the must haves that have worked for us!

The only cup that we trust is this one in the color Aqua, from Re-Play the no-spill cup. It truly is a NO-SPILL CUP!!! (There's a lot of beautiful colors to choose from)

We absolutely love the Snack Stack from Re-Play. The colors we have them in are Baby Pink & Aqua. (There's a lot of beautiful colors to choose from)

These snack stacks are perfect to store fruits and snacks for on the go! Perfect size not bulky for little hands.

I love making Kailany her juices and smoothies. This Sili Squeeze is perfect to fill up with her favorite smoothies! This Sili Squeeze has been Kailany's little side kick since 6months!

This is the only "candy" Kailany is allowed to eat🙈 they are so delicious! Yum!

This gorgeous Glittery Gold bib is from snap bibs. Perfect for the road and if we make a quick stop to eat at a restaurant. It's so easy to clean

And of course to clean a messy face these are hands down the BEST face wipes! these from NeatCheeks. Kailany doesn't fuss when I wipe her face..must be that sweet taste!

Since Kailany started solids we have used these table toppers at restaurants. If her food falls on her mat she can pick it right up and eat it from there. Instead of it falling straight on the table and it going to waste. We have found these at target & walmart stores.

Kailany's 1st Disneyland trip! 03.21.15

Before we conceived Kailany we wanted to take a trip to Disneyland. We never finished planning our trip then I got pregnant and we put it on hold. We said we should just go as a family (not knowing Kailany was going to be a huge fan of Mickey and his pals)

We then planned to take her on 03.21.15 this day my dad passed away. It's been 7 years we no longer have him physically with us. Every year when this day comes it's a very sad and gloomy one. That this year we decided to celebrate life! Be happy for him! We know that's what he would want! To enjoy Kailany at the happiest place on earth. I miss you terribly dad RIP❤️

 Everything went perfect! My mom sisters & brother-in-law joined us to be a part of her 1st DISNEYLAND trip.

Kailany was in aww when she met Minnie Mouse!
