Zara baby shoe haul

Kailany's fist shipment from Zara are shoes! I order a total of 5 pairs! I know I know I'm crazy but I couldn't pass this sale! Only one pair she is going to use for now the others will get stored for when she's a bit older (decided to buy bigger sizes since she is set with summer shoes this summer) (baby hoarder haha)

These sandals are in metalic leather in rose gold color

These are also leather & have 3 tones of color rose gold, silver & gold

The color of these babies are peachy coral. This leather is buttery soft!

& lastly my favorite ones that I had to get a pair for now and a pair for later, I just had to! ;) I wish they were my size!

mumi&bubi

I received these mumi&bubi baby food storage trays from the makers of mumi&bubi over in New Zeland for me to review. It's been about two weeks that I've been using them, here is my review..

Each starter kit comes with two freezing trays & their own lids. They are certified non-toxic free from BPA. The lids are snug fit which is what I love the most, that means no freezer burn!

With both trays I can store a total of 42 cubes that each hold 1 ounce, that means I'm able to store a big batch of baby food!

Another huge plus is that they are not hard to take out of the tray. I just press gently on one end of the cube and it glides out easily!

Have I mentioned that they are the perfect size to get defrosted in my Lillypot from Lillypots! They are a perfect match! Since we do not use microwaves to defrost her food!

-A few tips from my house to yours-

Tip 1:

Now that we're Baby-Led weaning (BLW)  we are still getting a lot of use out of our mumi&bubi trays. For example I make Kailany sauces. She loves apple, apricot & plum sauces. I sneak in her sauces a tasteless vegetable like cauliflower! 

Tip 2:

I'm storing Breastmilk & using it as 

pop-cicles for Kailany so she can cool off in this 110+ degree weather! I put a cube in one of those mesh fruit holder gadgets and she enjoys it and it also helps soothe her gums since she is teething.

Tip 3:

Using the Breastmilk cubes to thin out any purées. I'm also using stock cubes for thinning purées or simply just to add some flavor to Kailany's food.

Baby Food Pouches & Munchkin Organizer

Many of you know that I make all of Kailany's baby food at home. I like to plan my day around her feedings so that we are home when it's time for her big important meals. There are a few times when we are out and about, and it's impossible for me to come home and feed her, her home cooked meal. When a situation like that happens I am prepared with backup in her diaper bag. 

That's when these come in to play

The brands that I use for on the go emergency feedings are "Plum Organics" "Ella's Kitchen"  (tried others that I did not like) 

I came across the Munchkin retractable food pouch organizer at my local Wal-mart store on clearance! I thought "hmm it might not work" but I decided to give it a try since it was only $6!!! 

Came home and my hubby set it up for me in a matter of minutes... & wahhlahh! I like it so much! It has reduced cabinet space which is a plus!

I totally recommend this to those who use baby food pouches :)

My loves

I'd like to introduce my family to those who don't know us on a personal level. Rudy my husband & best friend, we met in the 4th grade but didn't date till our senior year in high school. We will be 8yts happily and faithfully married in October. Many of you already know our little pride and joy little Miss Kailany who is nine months young. She's a very happy & loving baby but if you mess with her she won't be too happy! & that means no wet kisses (haha). She loves to dance even while eating, she loves her food & is always sharing. Lastly my self Stephanie, the one behind @kailanysway on Instagram & this blog, all about Kailany my life (which is family) & anything baby or mommy related.

Life is the greatest gift so I'm proud to share a portion of mine with you. Thank you for all the support from you all.

Finally!!!!

After much delay I finally got my blog started! It's still under construction  but soon  it will be in full effect. First and for most I am a wife and mother, so on my spare time is when I will get to work on my blog ☺️ super excited! I have many things planned, but I will just take it day by day one step at a time❤️
